Often, if you have a sports injury and are worried about being ready for a big match or race, then a careful moderation of your training program may be the only thing required to get you back to full fitness. On those occasions where rest maybe required in order to let an injury settle, at The Physio Health Clinic you can be sure that we will do our best to get you back in action as soon as possible.
